KC Metro Sports is a regional sports network serving the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. It launched on December 12, 1996 and is currently seen on several local cable systems.
Metro Sports produces live sporting events for professional sports teams such as the Kansas City Wizards and Kansas City Brigade. Metro Sports also produces live sporting events for college sports conferences such as the Big 12 Conference, Mountain West Conference, Missouri Valley Conference, the Summit League, the NAIA, and their individual members. In addition, local high school teams are also shown on the network. Metro also produced and televised the Kansas City Royals games from 2003 to 2007, after which it lost the rights to FSN Midwest.
The Metro Sports-produced "Fantasy Huddle", a weekly Fantasy Football show, is also distributed to other Time Warner Cable systems nationwide.
Cox Sports New England is a regional sports network that serves the United States New England region. Cox Sports New England serves as the local programming outlet for Cox Communications, the cable service provider in Rhode Island and parts of Connecticut.
Cox Sports New England focuses primarily on local high school and college sports, including Providence College Friars and UConn Huskies of the Big East Conference and University of Rhode Island Rams of the Atlantic 10 Conference. Other college teams covered include: Central Connecticut State University, Rhode Island College, Bryant University and more.
Professional teams include: Pawtucket Red Sox, New England Revolution and Boston Cannons.
Cox Sports provides an extensive look at high school sports, broadcasting over 40 high school games annually. In addition, Cox Sports features Varsity Life, a show co-produced with WJAR10 focusing on highlights and issues of relevance to high school student athletes. Cox Sports also hosts the RI Sports Awards every June in Providence.
Also broadcast on Cox Sports are ESPN Plus college football and basketball games, CFL football, coaches' shows for the many teams, outdoors programming, ESPNEWS, and other select events and shows.
Comcast Network (formerly known as CN8) is a cable television station that is shown mostly in parts of Comcast Cable services in the Eastern part of the US. Viewed in four states and 20 television markets from New Jersey to Virginia on Comcast cable systems. The main focus of the network is Philadelphia although they attempt to make their shows look like national shows. Key markets include New Jersey, the Pennsylvania cities of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg, Baltimore, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Virginia. Comcast Network, which employs more than 400 people in its footprint, was founded in 1996 and now airs more than 90 hours a week of original programming from two to three studios in Philadelphia and Washington. The network's programming and hosts have been recognized by the television industry with more than 370 regional Emmy Award nominations, with a network demographic for people over 40 years of age.

AMGTV provides programming to over a hundred television stations in the United States, and is a major competitor of America One and like networks. AMGTV also syndicates several movie packages and music specials to stations outside of their affiliate base.

MavTV launched on October 1, 2004 with distribution limited to select cable companies. It can be found in the US on Verizon FiOS, Cablevision (iO), Charter Communications, GCI in Alaska, select cable systems within the Caribbean Co-op, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Dish Network, and C-Band Satellite. MavTV was added to the Dish Network lineup on May 8, 2009 as a high-definition channel available in their Platinum HD package on Channel 361.
The network is privately held and was founded by four former executives from Showtime Networks -- Steve Severn, CEO; Steve Smith, President & COO; Doug Jost, EVP of Sales and Marketing; and Rob Stevens, SVP of Programming.
The network added a full HD feed in the 3rd quarter of 2008 to complement the standard 24/7 lineup; the 480i SDTV network is optimized for widescreen television sets in full mode to provide a full widescreen experience. MavTV also produces and carries a large library of native 1080i HD series on the HD feed of the brand.
